These terms apply when you use Diamarks at diamarks.com, including the web app and the installed app. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@diamarks.com.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in credentials safe, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

Your content

You own the content you add to Diamarks. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to sync it across your devices. You can download or delete it at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Diamarks to break the law, to store or share content you have no right to, to send spam or malware, to try to access other people’s accounts or data, or to overload, scan or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do this.

Free and paid plans

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Team), when available, are billed in advance each month or year at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free without losing your content. Taxes may be added depending on where you live. If we change prices, we will tell you before the change applies to your next billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Diamarks fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app keeps a copy of your work on your device and syncs when you are online; we still recommend exporting important data from time to time. We may improve, change or remove features as the product develops.

Ending your use

You can stop using Diamarks and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

Diamarks is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Diamarks after that means you accept the new terms.
